If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. Study plan written in English or Chinese with no less than 600 characters or words.

*2. Passport-sized photo

A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

*3. Non-criminal record

It must be issued by your local police station with official stamp.

*4. A recommendation letter written by high school headmaster or teachers (Signature, email and phone number of the referee should be included.)

*5. Physical Examination Record for Foreigner

Completed in Chinese or English. The applicant must strictly take all the examination as required by the Form. Leaving a blank or absence of suggestion and signature of the doctor or seal of the hospital will make the form invalid.

*6. English language proficiency test results

For English taught programs.

*7. Scanned copy of valid foreign ordinary passport

With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included(Photocopy of valid passport identification page. Passport must be an ordinary passport and be valid for at least six months. Applicants currently residing in China must include a copy of the page containing a valid visa or residence permit.)

*8. Notarized copies of high school academic transcripts, including courses taken and scores achieved

Academic Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. Both original and official English translated version are required.

*9. Notarized copies of senior high school graduation diploma, either in Chinese or English

Certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. Both original and official English translated version are required.

*10. CSCA Test Transcript(s)

-You need to take the official CSCA test organized by the Chinese government and submit the corresponding subject result transcript(s) when applying. Learn more about the CSCA test >>
-The test covers Chinese (Humanities and STEM Chinese), Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Mathematics is required for all programs, while other subjects depend on the university’s specific requirements.

If no attachment is available yet, it usually means the university has not announced further details.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
